At Parolin Australia, we take great care in delivering your karting products safely and efficiently. All orders are shipped through our trusted freight partners, and every item is checked to ensure it meets our quality standards before it leaves our warehouse.

Shipping & Delivery
Freight Calculation
Freight is calculated at the most competitive rate for your location. You will receive a separate shipping invoice by email, and shipping must be finalised before dispatch.**
Dispatch
All products undergo a full quality check before leaving our warehouse. While we ensure your order is in perfect condition at dispatch, we are not responsible for any damage that occurs during transit.
Parolin Australia cannot guarantee exact delivery timeframes, as they are determined by the courier service handling your order.**
Delivery Fees & Custom Quotes
Metro vs Regional Delivery
Freight fees vary depending on location, size, and weight. If your address is outside a metro area or your order contains multiple, bulky, or oversized items, a custom freight quote will be required. Select Custom Shipping Quote at checkout, and our team will contact you within 48 hours with the best available rate.**
Adjustments to Freight Costs
If the courier classifies your address as regional or remote, freight costs may differ from the website estimate. If additional charges apply, you will be sent an updated invoice for payment prior to dispatch.**
Delivery Times & Lead Times
Please allow additional time for larger items such as kart frames, engines, and bulk orders, as these may require specialised handling.
General timeframes:
- Standard freight: Monday to Friday during business hours.
- Regional, remote, or bulky orders: May take longer depending on courier schedules.
- Busy periods (Oct–Dec): Orders may experience extended lead times. If delays occur, we will notify you by email.
Tracking details will be provided once your order has shipped.
Conditions of Delivery
Couriers deliver to ground-floor entry only. Delivery does not include internal placement, taking items upstairs, assembly, or removal of packaging.
If you require specialised delivery or internal handling, please request a quote before placing your order.
Responsibility for ensuring suitable access at your property lies with the customer. Measure all areas, doors, gates, and access points to confirm your items can be safely delivered.
If delivery cannot be completed due to access issues, shipping fees are non-refundable and returns will not be accepted for this reason.
Damaged or Faulty Items
- If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours with photos and your order number.
- If the original packaging has been discarded, please source suitable protective wrap (for example, bubble wrap) as couriers cannot collect unboxed goods.
Refunds & Returns
We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind or failure to review shipping or access requirements prior to ordering.
