Returns & Exchanges

Parolin Australia does not offer returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect purchases, or sizing issues.

We only accept returns or exchanges in the event that an item arrives broken, damaged, or faulty.

Damaged or Faulty Items

If your order arrives damaged or faulty, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can assess the issue and arrange a suitable solution.

To lodge a claim, please provide:

  • Your order number
  • Photos or videos clearly showing the damage/fault
  • A brief description of the issue

Claims received after 48 hours may not be eligible for replacement or refund.

Important Notes

  • Items must be unused and in their original packaging for a return or exchange to be approved.
  • Parolin Australia reserves the right to request additional information or deny claims that do not meet the above conditions.
