Shipping & Returns

Parolin Australia works with Australia Post and StarTrack Express to ensure you receive your order as quickly as possible! After your order has been dispatched, you will receive en email with the tracking number.

Processing Times

  • Most orders placed Monday through Friday will be processed and shipped within 1-2 business days.
  • Orders placed over the weekend will be processed on Monday and ship within 1-2 business days.
  • Certain products may have longer processing times. These will be noted on the product and cart pages.

Standard Shipping Fees

We charge a standard shipping fee of $18.00 per order within Australia.

Heavy or Bulky Item Shipping Fees

Some products are specifically expensive in freight because of their oversized measurements / weight and handling, therefore respective surcharges will be either added or quoted accroding to your request at checkout.

Bulky items and their respective surcharges are clearly marked in the product detail on the website. Parolin Australia claims the right to add or delete bulky items on this list at any time. Subject to alternation and errors including typing errors, mistakes and changes.

You can track your order with the tracking information provided in your shipment notification email or by logging in to your account on parolinaustralia.com.au

PO Box Delivery

Shipping to a PO Box is currently not available. Please provide an residential/business address at checkout.

 


Return & Exchange Information

Returns & Exchanges will only be accepted, if the following:

  • Item is unused, undamaged and in original condition and packaging
  • You return your product within 14 days of receipt
  • You are able to provide a satisfactory proof of purchase

We reserve the right to refuse returns that show signs of wear or do not meet the above criteria.

  • The Customer is responsible for the Return Shipping Fee
  • Returns that are lost in transit or for any return postage charges incurred, therefore we highly recommend you keep your return tracking ID for proof of delivery!
  • Any labour charges incurred during fitment or removal of supplied parts.

How to Request a Return

  • If you would like to make a return, please contact us before sending the product back to Parolin Australia.
  • Upon instruction by Parolin Australia, the product should be placed in original packaging and posted to:

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you that your return is accepted. This process can take up to 1-3 business days.
  • When your return is accepted, your refund will be processed and applied to the original method of payment.
  • Note that refunds can take up to 7-10 business days to appear on your bank account due to varying processing times between financial organizations.
